EXPERIENCE

Have experience of at least 5 (five) years in the field of design engineering*

PORTFOLIO

Provide a Portfolio** containing at least 5 (five) completed projects.

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM CUSTOMERS

Provide recommendations from at least 3 (three) customers whose objects have already been completed.

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE ASSOCIATION

Provide recommendations of at least 3 (three) current members of the Association.

* For legal entities – at the head/founder/leading specialist.
** When assessing the Portfolio, the aesthetic component is evaluated along with the rest of the information.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION TO THE ASSOCIATION

  • An organization (or an individual entrepreneur) wishing to join the Association shall submit a written application addressed to the Chairman of the Association asking for membership in the Association, as well as the following documents:
    • A copy of the Charter (only for legal entities, sealed and signed by the head)
    • A copy of the certificate of state registration (for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, sealed and signed by the manager)
    • Application Form
    • Portfolio presentation (possible formats: ppt, pdf)
  • The application and all documents can be submitted in three ways:
  • The Chairman of the Association has the right to request additional documents and information from the candidate member of the Association, including inviting him for an interview.
  • The general meeting at the next meeting considers the application of a candidate who wants to join the Association, a questionnaire, a portfolio, and makes a decision whether to accept or refuse to join the Association.
  • The decision on admission/refusal is communicated to the applicant within a week from the date of the decision.
  • Simultaneously with the supporting documents, invoices are sent to the applicant to pay for entrance and annual membership fees.
  • After receiving the notice of admission, the new member of the Association is obliged to pay the entrance fee and annual membership fee within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice and invoices.
  • After 30 working days from the date of full payment of the admission membership and annual membership fees, a new member of the Association is entered into the Register of Association Members.
  • Membership in the Association is confirmed by a Certificate, which is issued to each member of the Association.
